Recipe : Korean Sweet and Spicy Crispy Chicken

Korean Sweet and Spicy Crispy Chicken Recipe (Dakgangjeong: 닭강정)

Chicken & Marinade:
1.5 lb - Chicken Thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
1/2 tsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - White Pepper
1 tsp - Garlic (minced)
1 tsp - Ginger (minced)
1 Cup - Cornstarch

Sauces:
2 TBS - Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup - Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBS - Gochujang
4 tsp - Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup - Brown Sugar
2 tsp - Garlic (minced)
1 tsp - Ginger (minced)
1/3 Cup - Honey

Directions:
1. Combine chicken with all of the ingredients except cornstarch.
2. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
3. Combine all of the sauce ingredients into a pan over medium heat.
4. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium low and simmer 5 minutes.
5. Coat each piece of chicken in cornstarch.
6. Fry chicken in 350º oil for 4-5 minute or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Drain chicken on a wire rack.
8. Toss the chicken in the simmering sauce until well coated.
9. Serve by itself or over rice.
10. Enjoy!

Today, social media adoption and use of a wide range of human life in every section. Muslims are not different from other societies, in the last few years, which has increased the use of social media trends. It has brought changes that can have a significant impact on the individual and group level of Muslim society

The concept of social media in today's world of modern technology and social media use growing trend, where the objective of this study was only part of the Muslim society. The benefits of social media sites that are concerned with the increase in work efficiency, the true teaching of Islam, the maintenance of social ties, etc. are also included in the data source. Global social networking has become very popular. Which is playing a pivotal role in bringing the distance to the world? Both the country and its people will be benefited if they use positive aspects of avoiding negative aspects of awareness. 
Generally, the negative effects of media and social media are numerous, but it is not only the role of the Muslims and the role of religion as Islam but also with the benefit of the plays. There is no technology product or technical development, which is not usable for Islam. But remember that everything can be used in good work, and it can be used for evil purposes. The fault is not about things or technology. Rather, the user is basically responsible. 
In this era of the excellence of information technology, there has been an opportunity for the call of Tawhid to spread the message to the callers of Allah in the way of Allah. By utilizing this opportunity, the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah have to be delivered to the door of the door. The beauty of Islam must be highlighted to the public. The challenge of ignorance must be reached and the Quranic light should be delivered everywhere. And that effort requires everyone to participate. Allah will give us the gift of Islam to spread the message of Islam. 

Family: An argument

Assalamualaikum, 

Today is the day when I have an argument with my elderly sister. She is really something that everyone will love or hate her. In the end, I learned that its really easy to end up your relationship chain. By leaving family WhatsApp group. She do it without wariness and not even thinking deeply how it affects everyone. But, she did it. Really easy, one finger tap, and you're done. Simple. 

Astagfirullah al azim. Nauzubillah. Really, she doesn't know how it stab me through my chest or hit me to the end of a cliff. I'm a family person, no doubt. I appreciate my families members more than anyone. I care about them that's why I give my two, three words. I don't know people ego highest than everything. Looks like her freedom just for her, only her. Her happiness in running away is the only option-When you can't take one argument you run from the problem. No, I don't like it. 

After few minutes she left, I'm apologise to her and give few words in private. I text what I should have saud and thats it. Not everyone have a time for a simple mistake, but for my family I do it. I don't know how sensitive a person is, but when anger arise - do fight back your self control. This is me, its feelings and my perception. May Allah bless you and your family, sister.

A simple action showing our inner soul. Be aware on own ego traps. 

Islam: Nasihat Emas Imam Syafie

NASEHAT EMAS DARI IMAM SYAFI'I

1. "Bila kau tak mau merasakan lelahnya belajar, maka kau akan menanggung pahitnya kebodohan" (Imam Syafi'i)

2. "Jangan cintai orang yg tidak mencintai Allah, kalau Allah saja ia tinggalkan, apalagi kamu" (Imam Syafi'i)

3. "Barangsiapa yang menginginkan husnul khatimah, hendaklah ia selalu bersangka baik dengan manusia" (Imam Syafi'i)

4. "Doa disaat tahajud adalah umpama panah yang tepat mengenai sasaran" (Imam Syafi'i)

5. "Ilmu itu bukan yang dihafal tetapi yang memberi manfaat" (Imam Syafi'i)

ME: Am I dreaming?

 Assalamualaikum,

How are guys doing? I hope you're doing great. Today, let me break a good news. For time-being, I already give you a little hint in previous post about my next big project. It's actually so big that may change my entire life forever. Thank you Allah for this opportunity. Really and really appreciate it so much. InsyaAllah, I will work aboard in next few years...

My current work place is nothing wrong, they're doing great to me. The management, all doctors and colleagues are still fantastic. That's me...I just want to do more adventurous thing in my life. I want to set up a limit in my life, I want my to do everything before I'm getting married and tied down. I want to reach more in my bucket list before I turn 35 years old. I want to feel soulfulness and no regret later on.

It's actually a really hard decision. It took me about two years to decide either I want to do it or not, and took five years to get a permission from my parents to work aboard. I know they really worried about me and how my lifestyle towards a very dependent person. How easily I can blend in community easily and do something make they proud of. I also be interviewing by my sibling for the purpose and am I really doing it...Yeah, they care much about me. Thank you all.

In my friends side, some are excited and happy for me. Some got tears in their eyes that I caught. It's not I'm will forever forget them, chill. I will come back to Malaysia once in a while, my heart is always be here. Okay. I know they worried I'm not gonna go back and see them because I love travelling and even I stay at Kuala Lumpur, I still going back home not so frequent. Hahhahah... They know me well. InsyaAllah, I will be in Malaysia once a year at least. My parents is here!

Everyday...I can said, if am I dreaming? Am I real? Until now, I still can't believe it. I already finished all my documentation for it, just counting day here at my hospital. And in the end, Allah knows the best for me. Alhamdulillah, thank you Allah. You heard my wish, my goal, my prayer to work there. I can't do much without your blessing. Now, I'm ready to continue #onmywaytomecca next #bigproject2018 or #adibahnadmecca , to the #meccainmyheart #meccaforever! InsyaAllah, I can do it.

I just finished my advance-study last year at University Malaya and now I go again for what I wish in my life. In result, I need to pay the company back around Rm 42.4k in total, I will just give them what they needed because Allah already give me what I want. I lose a big amount of money but Allah give me back something special that I will remember forever and ever.
