Assalamualaikum guys.
So, ini adalah post i took from majalah Calibre (living the good life), RM12.00-keluaran March. and not sure what year its published.
Cannot be denied that this writer memang, memang dan memang superb ohsem!
This article really good.
And i like it sooo much.
Its about how you manage your financial life wisely.
To all gentlemen, check it out.
For all ladies, check it in:
1.
Cut out unnecessary medical tests
-All of us are afraid of getting sick but unnecessary medical tests can
inflate your bills.
Membazir.
2.
Choose an appropriate health insurance policy
-Consider the costs, benefit and the extent to which your needs are met
when choosing insurance.
3.
Get generic drug whenever possible
-If a generic name drug is available, it’s almost always smarter to buy
that.
4.
Avoid health supplements that aren’t needed
-You don’t need health supplement supplements if you’re eating balanced
meals-that means a mix of fruits and veggies, lean meats, legumes and whole
grains.
5.
Eat healthy for way less
-Shop at your local farmer’s market instead of opting for fancy grocery
stores to cut costs.
rumah korang.
6.
Work out the free way
-You don’t need a gym membership if you’re able to run at a park near
your home.
*selain
