Recipe : Korean Sweet and Spicy Crispy Chicken

Ko rean Sweet and Spicy Crispy Chicken Recipe (Dakgangjeong: 닭강정) Chicken & Marinade : 1.5 lb - Chicken Thighs (cut into bite size pieces) 1/2 tsp - Salt 1/2 tsp - White Pepper 1 tsp - Garlic (minced) 1 tsp - Ginger (minced) 1 Cup - Cornstarch Sauces: 2 TBS - Soy Sauce 1/4 Cup - Apple Cider Vinegar 2 TBS - Gochujang 4 tsp - Sesame Oil 1/4 Cup - Brown Sugar 2 tsp - Garlic (minced) 1 tsp - Ginger (minced) 1/3 Cup - Honey Directions : 1. Combine chicken with all of the ingredients except cornstarch. 2. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes or up to 2 hours. 3. Combine all of the sauce ingredients into a pan over medium heat. 4. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium low and simmer 5 minutes. 5. Coat each piece of chicken in cornstarch. 6. Fry chicken in 350º oil for 4-5 minute or until golden brown and cooked through. 7. Drain chicken on a wire rack. 8. Toss the chicken in the simmering sauce until well coated. 9. Family: An argument

Assalamualaikum,  Today is the day when I have an argument with my elderly sister. She is really something that everyone will love or hate her. In the end, I learned that its really easy to end up your relationship chain. By leaving family WhatsApp group. She do it without wariness and not even thinking deeply how it affects everyone. But, she did it. Really easy, one finger tap, and you're done. Simple.  Astagfirullah al azim. Nauzubillah. Really, she doesn't know how it stab me through my chest or hit me to the end of a cliff. I'm a family person, no doubt. I appreciate my families members more than anyone. I care about them that's why I give my two, three words. I don't know people ego highest than everything.   Assalamualaikum, How are guys doing? I hope you're doing great. Today, let me break a good news. For time-being, I already give you a little hint in previous post about my next big project. It's actually so big that may change my entire life forever. Thank you Allah for this opportunity. Really and really appreciate it so much. InsyaAllah, I will work aboard in next few years... My current work place is nothing wrong, they're doing great to me. The management, all doctors and colleagues are still fantastic. That's me...I just want to do more adventurous thing in my life. I want to set up a limit in my life, I want my to do everything before I'm getting married and tied down. I want to reach more in my bucket list before I turn 35 years old. I want to feel soulfulness and no regret later on. It's actually a really hard decision. It took me about two years to decide either I want to do it or not, and took five years to get a permission from my parents to work ab...
