Five tips to decide if he is your real partner?

Hello,

I know everyone on this earth wants a happy ending in their relationship, me too. Imagine... me and my partner will in a long-lasting relationship until our golden age, also before I close my eyes forever. Sweet romance. Oh-please let it be me. And to do so, I have to find a real partner. A real men that  becomes reality which often bring out the better in me and our future. Here I listed some tips on how to decide this perfect figure...let's do it. Opps. If you're a men, you can change the the title name into she or her as vise versa:

1) His mindset
I like men with brilliant mind. Maybe because I'm a bit matured than my age, so I need a man that can take care of himself than being a childish forever. I can said, I will not be their next ''mother''. Understood?  In some part I need sense of humor but some part reality hit us hard in fact I need he to be serious in time event. Also, his psyche will raise my children and their manners-not by his body and good looks. So, I need to choose wisely.

2) His financial
I want a stability in financial, that later I shouldn't need to worried about my spending in sixty and about my children education too. I know I can't get a super rich man to marry me, so I just want a simple man that interesting enough in manage our financial. Let say he must know the expenses going on in the home, maybe sometimes help in groceries shopping, and think before buy something useless. That's because I prefer minimalist.

3) His religion
A real men should strongly believe in his religion. In many religion, it surely will talks about manner someone should be and how to respect others. If he can shows a respect towards me as his partner, in the same time he will reveal a good communication in our relationship. I know communication is very important in getting lasting relationship. So, I need to treasure this part deeply. Later, he can lead me and our little family towards better life. Ouwwww... Nice words.

4) His cleanliness
I don't want to be a slave or maid in my own house even when I have a kid. My partner should know why tidiness is very important, and later my kids will learn from us. Not gonna said I'm freaking OCD person...but simply clean okay. So, how can I know that he is a decent man that later will maintain our home cleanliness? Not I hope he only dress to impress me, nah. Maybe I can check it out on how good he in keeping himself well groomed. Oh-Yes!

5) His anger/egoistic management
Anger and egoistic is part of life, but the real question is how we manage it? Every second, our hormones will be up and down, and the environment will messed it up more. So, men pretend be more aggressive angrier than a women. I want a peaceful married life not an abused one. It's not healthy for my skin to have a blue patch. Hehehheh... And I also want a less egoistic men to be discuss in everyday routine. Keep calm, why need to be so egoistic? Cool down and think something peaceful-Okay.

Islamic: Turn house into a place of Barakah

Assalamualaikum,

As a Muslim, I want applied Islam as much as I can in my life. I wish that every time I open my eyes and every steps that I took, there will be a 'réwards' or pahala for me. This is because we don't know when the time is calling... Right? Allahu Akhbar, may Allah bless us in every seconds. Alright, for today's topic I will just focus on the comfortable place in our hearts...Home. How to make our house into a Barakah place? To do so, there are several ways that everyone can practice actually.

I can said something like house far from dog or pig neighborhood, Why? Because this are pets that Allah forbidden practitioner Islam to touch or eat. So, why bother to clean my house or floor every time I see they step on it or poops everywhere... If I can avoid it. Easy. Not gonna wasting my precious time. More, no live art or doll inside the house. The Prophet PBUH said, ''Angels (of Mercy) do not enter a house wherein is a dog or a picture of living creature (a human being or an animal)''. Alhamdulillah, I don't really more to teddy bear or something too cute. So, I can get rid of it from my list easily. Next, avoid bell or useless sound around my house. A clicking sound may create depression environment and show a ritual in some religion, if you don't know.

Newest, I just watched a video Episode 28: In your room praying behind you by Dr. Oman Suleiman from Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research (You guys can check it out at YouTube). He suggested that turn our house as much as possible a place of praise. Oh, I love this idea. This also said by The Prophet PBUH, don't turn our homes into graveyards...leave some share of your Salah. Originally, I prefer do prayers in the Masjid but in some terms, I will do most that in my house. Yeah, maybe going back after working late at night, don't feel well or too lazy to go out.

Do make some space in the living room or special room in the home, it will turn a places into Barakah and much blessing. MasyaAllah, I really want it. Be continued from the video, I learnt that when I pray at home or any places on the universe...I'm not alone. I may think that it is just me against the world. But the truly is there an angel would pray to my rights, an angel to my left, and an angel would pray behind me-''amthal aljibal''-Angel the size of mountains when I started said Allahu Akhbar. Now, I deeply feel bravery than ever. Also, to actually make me take more seriously when I do my reciting in Salah, sincerity because 'someone' are with me right now!

The Prophet PBUH said, ''Prayer in congregation or more people or jemah,  twenty five (individual) prayer''. He also said that ''A Salah that in Falah (in the middle of nowhere), total to fifty prayers (in rewards)''. This also translated by Sunnah Abi Dawud, ''If he prays in the wilderness and performs its bowing and prostrations perfectly, the same reward too''. Twice the rewards of the jemaah!

Interestingly something I want to share from that video is, who calls out the Azaan and Iqamah then does the prayer on the top of the mountain, Allah S.W.T calls the angels and He say, ''Look at the slave of mine. He's all alone but still he make a prayer and calls me. I have forgiven the servant and I answered him into paradise''. At the moment, even I like my hiking activities, this surely touch me deepest. I need to make it more than productive and turn myself more clinging to Allah S.W.T.

Apart from my above tips, Islam also press on some part likes...cleanliness. I like my house to be clean because I'm allergic to dust. It's also can cause asthma and make a bacteria spread-ed. I also did mention it earlier in other post that I like minimalism. Logically, in to make sure the house not too crowded, later  I can have a space or room special for the prayer only. Or some sort of things, I then can brings friends and do Islamic gathering or talks. InsyaAllah.

If you read this post, hopefully you can share with me another tips that somehow I miss and may benefit to others. Spread the peace. See you in the post!

Are cereals healthy?

Hai.

I really likes cereal, even not only for breakfast I could ate that for lunch and dinner. I put it in a bowl and poured some milk, or add some dried fruits, or ate it as a snack. They so enjoyable to eat and lot of varieties in the market.  My favorites one is anything with chocolate flavor. Yeah, I'm a grown up adult with a kid heart.

But lately, I starts to care on my diet. I want less sugar, less salt, less process foods, less dairy, less oil and less any unhealthy intake. And, I did some research about these cereals-processed foods made from grains. Sound good but what most people didn't realized, what served to us in the market is most complicated one. Meaning? How? Why?

Okay, let's see how it made; grains process to small particles or medium pieces. This is the original one, but the factory turn it into mixing with sugar, cocoa or water. Then extrusion with high temperature-which I believe we lost the vitamins and mineral we want in there. Next it be dried and shape into company preferred. And lastly packed it before sold to the market.

What do you think? Are the final product make sound legit? More like we consume only sugar and additional flavor. I will talk about sugar in one big post because this is a nightmare in our modern diet. What make it worst is we served to our kids, which considered to built them for obesity and sweet-addiction habits.

Somehow, the market still on the advertisement of ''low fat'' or ''high carbohydrates'' or ''whole-grain''. Uhuh, do you believe that? Please, the reality may not as happy ending in what you wants. If you really wants to eat that, go for a small portion. And choose ingredients that; maximum 5grams sugar per served, minimum 3grams fiber and add with nuts or fresh fruits.

If you look into the price, one pack maybe around Rm 12.00 for somehow stay about two weeks. This easy and convenient item not so cheap actually. Hurm, think again. How about energy bar? Same dude, same! But don't panic if I said it has more sugar than cereals. Biggest scammer. I would like to do a post about this too because everyone should know it.

So, if you care about your body and want a healthy lifestyle- Do makes changes in what your intake. Now, I'm already live a year without any cereals. I know it's really hard at first but I can do it, and I'm happy with it. My breakfast more to selection of fruits, or boiled eggs, or whole grain bread. I'm not too strict in it because somehow once in a week, I would go for the nasi lemak or fried me.

Most important tips, know your limit. If you don't want to suffer with next heavy exercises, then stay in line with scheduled foods. Any thought with this articles? Please put down your comments or direct message me. I would answer your suggestion and advices. Start your day with good breakfast, enjoy them and say hello to the world.
