FINANCE: Living cost in Malaysia.

 Hi Malaysian, Let's talk about money today. How good are you now in managing your own money? Pretty well or meh, not doing so good. I may not the perfect person to talk about this, but I still got the basic about financial management. Right, in helping you to do that... Do you know what are top three our money wasted on? Probably many will said foods! Yeah, foods is one of the reason behind it. But, the truly answer are... In the first place is housing -Yeap! This part will burden you more if you have a house. Casually mortgage payment here may around Rm 1,800-800 per month. Or I can said some will have up to Rm 2,500...Yo. Then, this are not includes all the electric and water bills, the maintenance fees, the renovation, the groceries every weekend and  etc. Even if you not bought a house, housing will take part under rent amount. It still kicking you, but in a little amount. For my observation, this percentage will affect you 50%-60% randomly. Second place is transportation . N

Hi, If I want to be more knowledgeable and matured enough, I like to know more about my country. How basically its doing, the turn-over and what so ever. In the same time, I'm someone who's like summarise for everything rather than read all long night paper, but still sometimes don't get anything right. Then my eyes felt tired, need rest and psychologically down. And i will questioning myself back, am I that useless?  Fighting back for my own pride, I finally can summarise the household income for this country based on Malaysia Department of Statistic. In throughout the data, the latest one only available for 2016/2017 period. So below are my details: Households income: 4.1 people/group.  Earned income from:1.8/4.1 people Mean household Main basic 2016 : Rm 2, 657 /m Main basic 2017 : Rm 2, 880 /m (increase 8%) Malaysians are categorised into three different income groups: Top 20% (T20):Rm 16,088-11, 612 Middle 40% (M40): Rm 6,958-5, 228 Bottom 40% (B40): Rm 3,000

Assalamualaikum, Hai, First of all, i just want to say... yang aku bukanlah too pro untuk talk about this kind of investment. And not very familiar enough. Tapi why not... aku share story about my own gold investment. As long as maybe beri some benefit for you all who first time or yang masih teragak-agak untuk invest in this kind of pelaburan. FINANCE: Melayu perlu bijak mengatur kewangan

Assalamualaikum. Last two days, kawan aku ada mengadu/luah perasaan about dia punya financial problem. And if aku tak silap, past a month ago... Ada lagi sorang story pasal tak cukup gaji. And lastly, tak sampai ujung bulan. Makan megi. Urgh! Hate it, but can i know where's your money goes? Did you spent it wisely? This type of group adalah paling bahaya and... Dengan GST bagai lagi sekarang. Donno what to say. So at that time, aku hanya boleh melahirkan rasa sympathy. Itu belom digeledah diorang punya account saving, emergency fund... retirement saving? Or yes, you are in trouble dear. Aku masa tuh just can give advice how to organize money secara bijak lagi terbilang. And... I nak share dengan you all pon sesegan gitu.... FINANCE: Deadly serious about retirement plans.

Hai, Did you ever ask randomly question to yourself about, how your old age would look alike? And ask about how the financial condition at that time...Are they enough money to survive by yourself? The kids? Your partner too? And are you wanna work until when? 60? 70? Or maybe surprisingly did an early retirement? Huh. From my own perspective, ordinary people will said that...retirement is a very confidential issue. Oh come on! Even so, to me it still must have a right planning. Are you gonna do that secretly or openly, depends. I want to stress it here, you must plan as soon as possible. The earliest, the better. If not you will leave the boat, and make your own life miserable after that. Too much too handle.  Like now, I'm 21 years old, but my expectation about retirement topic is the most important thing. I want to plan my life to be comfortable and organize in the future. I still want to travel around the world even I'm aged 70 years old. In to do so, I should make a bett
