I love fruits

Assalamualaikum,

I love fruits.
Very much.
Banyak reason kenapa pilih buah.
Salah satunya sebab ianya senang hadam.
And murah gak actually, kalau beli kat pasar malam.
Hahhahha...
Boleh tahan berminggu.
Ok.

Orang yang jimat cermat macam aku jer tahu apa maksud ayat atas tuh.
Buah yang aku suka.
Banana.
Contohnya sebab...
Easy, healthier, local, and yummy.
= )

But,
I donna why it's yellow.
I hate yellow.

How about i turn banana to purple, blue or turquoise??
Hhehehhe..
Boleh diusulkan kan la nanti.
Agak-agak, dapat lempang percuma tak nanti?
Hhahaahh...

And i love watermelon, berries, orange, apples, all...
They all too hard too resist.
And their colorful color make my appetite increased!
Wallah.

Anlene : Bone Health Check (pemeriksaan tulang)

Assalamualaikum..

Tadi pagi, aku ada buat pemeriksaan kesihatan tulang bersama Mr. Anlene.
And aku adalah peserta ke-114.
Waaaaahhhh..
Cam bagus gak sebab ramai dah prihatin pasal tulang menulang nih.
Bukan pandai bab kedai mana sup tulang yang sedap.
Bagi tepuk amai-amai sikit.

So, nombor pon penuh.
Tapi Ttak de la rasa beratur lama sangat kerana disampingnya ada boot lain-lain.
Ada banyak lagi actually jenis saringan kesihatan lain.
Tapi tak sempat nak gih.
Lalu sipi-sipi jer.

OK.
Bila tiba aja giliran, dup dap dup dap jantung berdegup!
Gila kau.
First time nih.

So,
Mula-mula diorang akan terangkan apa procedure yang dibuat,
Blah,blah,blah.

And my kaki kanan.
Pastu letak gel.
Pastu, letak kat special machine.
And machine tu akan interprate.
Dapatlah result.

So diorang pon buat intervew review gituuu...
Aku tak minum anlene, but aku support siapa minum susu.
And i love milk!

As long as tulang kita sihat dan kuat macam Hulk!

  1. minum susu berkalsium tinggi seperti Anlene; 4sudu x 2 gelas sehari.

  4. sentiasa melakukan pemeriksaan tulang
  5. jumpa doktor anda jika ada pertanyaan atau persoalan mengenai kesihatan tulang.
