My video from Videoshow

Assalamualaikum,

As i like to see nice video at YouTube.
I wish to make and record my own video.
So i started recorded some short video.
Then how i can make it more interesting?

Then after searching and googling.
I found this apps and I thinks I much addicted to it.

It's called Video Show apps.
And it's android.
Can be downloaded at play store and type videoshow.
Donno about selfish Iphone apps, sorry!

And as that, i done three video already.
So... i think i like it very much.
I hope in future they make it more HD and more theme.
And no fees behind it.
Hehheheh....

Perak: Gopeng Part 1

Assalamualaikum.

Hai.
Last weekend my friend (Emy) and I we're heading to Perak with some mission.
But, before that on Friday morning we're go to Kedah first to collect her taekwando suit.
And show me her hometown, flashback childhood memories in one day.
And that late evening,
We start come down to Perak state.

We exit toll, 135. Gopeng.
And after toll..turn to right side and searching a hotel.
And we pick Hotel Gopeng Inn. RM 88/night.
Beside KFC store.
So, you know what dinner gonna be.
About the hotel, what can you aspect if you only just want to sleep per night, as long the hotel clean and safety no. 1... i think i'm good with it.
: )

That Saturday morning, after Subuh and showering. I start to make a plan.
Much visit before 2pm?
So, the first place is Kellies castle.
RM 5.00 for adult per head.
Even though history is not my favorite subject... but looking at this fantastic building is amaze me.
How can they built such a wonderful building or castle at that century, 1915
Unthinkable.
But they did.

My reaction!
At the top.

Yeah finally we're here.
After one hours, limited time guys.
We go to breakfast in front of  Taman Herba.
We're not going inside. Just enjoy their lovely healthier food.
Nasi goreng herba/ herbs fried rice,
Serve with the fried chicken and small bowl of soup.
You all should try this... for breakfast?
Hhehehe.

Next,
Heritage house/ Museum Gopeng. Around the roundabout... Nearby our hotel actually.
Free.
So, this red shop retail being renovated to make like a small museum.
And again we enter the historical world.
Welcome again!

I like how some unique thing they display have a story about this place.
Tin mining industry.
And most i like is when i can seen some moments from my childhood.
Even i know i'm not that old, duh.
But, yeah...

Registered first, ladies.
This is what i'm talking about. Okey, where the powder and let's the game begins.
I think my mom gonna proud if i show this picture. 
Oh yeah, after you done did a tour and some donation at Heritage house. Don't forget to looks at the right side.
Where have a small coconut stall.
Tried their fresh coconut water. RM 3.00 each.
Even though you can get at any place but this stall, is where i can said...You must go to complete the tour.
Very refreshing your throat at this sweaty noon.

Some said, you should also go to Gaharu Tea Valley. Just around the corner.
But after some searching.
I think we're fine with it.
Because they said, the tree we gonna want to see where they believe can heal/ transfer some disease already died.
Maybe because that tree cannot afford the disease loaded. Or i can said, modern disease.
Pity that tree. RIP.
Nah, if you wanna kill the time.
You can go.

Now, i think it's time for our mission!
Hohoho...
And let me said that i will continue in next post.

Tips memasak nasi goreng.

Assalamualaikum,

Hari sabtu yang lepas, 
aku in good mood untuk masak nasi goreng in my own style di tempat kerja.
Hehehhe...
Masa untuk tujukkan skill memasak, der.
'Cause rasa macam dah lama tak buat benda nih sebab kes melimpah-ruah di ladang gandum.
Even hari tuh aku terikat kes pada kol 7.30 pagi.

Disebabkan itu, 
Awal pagi after subuh aku kemas my own kerja apa yang patut and start 06.30 aku start potong sayur and ayam.
Rasa macam role emak aku dulu-dulu kena siapkan breakfast sebelum ayah aku gi kerja and anak-anak dia gi sekolah.

So, i did it.
On time, before kes start. Aku dah siap hidang.
Hahhaha...
Good job.
And Alhamdulillah. Nothing wasted.
Dan komen balas sangat memberangsangkan.

Nasi goreng nih ada macam-macam.
Nasi goreng kampung.
Nasi goreng cina.
Nasi goreng special.
Nasi goreng seafood...bla...bla...bla..

Tapi sebenarnya asalnya adalah...
Sebenarnya korang boleh pikir sendirik.
Ianya simple.
Ada bawang, ada lada sikit.
Ada nasi..
Jadik jer.


Bonus lagi bila bab ada sayur macam-macam warna, ikan bilis or ayam, or any fishcake, bebola.
Bonus nih la yang jadikan nasi goreng kau masuk dalam kategori mana.
Whatever la kan.

Bab patinya.
Tumbuk or blend or hiris bawang... ikut suka.
Janji ko tumis.
And tambah garam ikut kuantitinya.

Best resepi aku boleh bagi, 
Bawang merah + lada ikut kepedasan + ikan bilis.
Tumbuk.
Ini my emak punya resepi turun temurun.
Best sampai sekarang.

Belacan, aku suka if benda nih letak dalam nasi goreng.
Ikut suka la if korang letak dak.
Ada, letaklah.
Kalau tak de... tak mati pon.

Bila menumis nih, 
If ada orang bersin sekali dua tuh..
Namanya masakan kau confirm sedap lah.
Kalo ada yang bersin non stop, ko soh dia dok luar rumah.
Kang ada sesak nafas.

Bila bahan menumis agak-agak masak sikit.
Tengok if ayam dadu ko tak masak, boleh masuk time nih.
If ayam ko jenis dah siap masak. Masuk last nanti.
And,
Ko masukkan lah sayur yang keras and lambat masak.
Cam carrot, batang sawi, or kacang hijau tuh,
Then tiga minit pastu, masukkan lah nasi.

Nasi.
Nasi, ada cakap malam tuh masak nasi and simpan semalaman dalam peti ais. 
Cantik deraiannya nanti.
Katanya lah.
Ni kalo aku rajin, aku buat la tip senonet nih.
Tapi biasanya, jaraaang.

Aku tak kesah pon.
Sebab aku just pastikan masa before hidang, nasi ko melompat-lompat dalam kuali.
Bukan semua nasi ko melompat okay,
Sebutir dua.
Kalo semua, aku pon terlompat kuar dapor.
Hhehehe....

Selain itu, untuk bab nasi jugak.
Pastikan yang ketul-ketul tuh silalah deraikan pakai sudu or senduk.
Biar cantik dimakan.
Aku ingat dulu-dulu, if ketul-ketul sebesar gula-gula pon aku asingkan,
Tak rata nih.
Best komentar, tapi aku tak cakap kat mak  aku ala.
Mau ditempelengnya aku.

And akhir sekali,
Boleh la masuk bahan-bahan ringan.
Cam sayur daun-daun or ayam siap goreng. Or anything ko nak campak.

Telur.
Aku suka if korang buat telur dadar and hiris halus-halus time dia cool down.
Ada gak suka masukkan dalam nasi goreng time last-last.
Tu boleh kira gak.

Siap.
Gituh.
Ok bye!
